The Chef’s Table experience is the perfect way to celebrate the gourmets and gourmands in your life, and it is available just about any day of the week. We offer a spectacular setting for birthdays, anniversaries, business entertaining, girlfriend getaways, bridal showers, team-building, family dinners, rehearsal dinners and more. Any time you’re ready to celebrate, a personalized menu for either lunch or dinner is available.


Our Chef's Table experience will last between two and three hours and take place in a Louisiana Creole Cottage in the Historic Bywater neighborhood.  For each Chef’s Table we create a multicourse meal, prepared in an intimate atmosphere, providing maximum interaction with Chef Andrew in a lively dinner party setting.

All our Chef’s Table events are unique and include the opportunity to discover Chef Andrew’s passion for food as you chat with him about techniques and ingredients throughout the meals preparation.

It’s true, New Orleans is located in the sultry south, but it is still said to have four seasons: oysters, crawfish, crab and shrimp! Though I’m certain a chicken and sausage gumbo or a beautifully broiled filet mignon would be a welcome part of any meal. Imagine savoring the smell of onions sautéing in butter as you sip some vintage wine, all the while enveloped in warm conversation seasoned with Southern wit – these are the things that make a meal here an event!
